1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing our website, or placing an order with Stay Power Auto & Trading Enterprise ("Stay Power Auto", "we", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, including images and descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.
3 Orders & Payment
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via one of our accepted payment methods (Mobile Money or card payment via Paystack, or Bank Transfer). All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
4 Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Same-day delivery is available within Greater Accra for orders placed before 12pm. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, road conditions, civil unrest). Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
5 Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items that are opened, damaged by the customer, or marked as non-returnable (e.g., electrical components) are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us via email or the Contact page with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
6 Product Authenticity
All products sold by Stay Power Auto are sourced from authorised distributors and are guaranteed genuine. If you believe you have received a counterfeit product, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a full refund and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and layout, is the property of Stay Power Auto & Trading Enterprise or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Stay Power Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
